Jasper Morrison continues his ‘super normal’ design approach with Moca, combining an understated aesthetic with robust high-quality materials to create an extremely durable chair.  Moca is nothing new and revolutionary, but unites the accumulated knowledge of an experienced designer with Vitra‘s manufacturing expertise – and also has such an unassuming appearance that it seems to have always existed. The combination of these aesthetic features with particularly durable, high-quality materials ensures an unusually long product lifespan.  Seat and backrest in moulded plywood veneer in natural oak or dark-stained oak (USA) with protective natural lacquer finish.  The steel stackable base (up to 6 chairs) is available chrome plated powder coated basic dark.  The clever design of the stacking protector attached between the seat and backrest provides optimal protection for the veneer surface.
